Inventory vs. Competition
Behind Ford and Chevy, Honda has the third highest amount of inventory in this segment, and I foresee Honda producing way more Pilots in 2024 to keep up with market demand, especially lease customers. At the moment, most all of the Pilots are going to be 2024s.

Not surprisingly, the Honda Pilot has the highest estimated 5 year residual of all the vehicles within this group, but what is surprising is that Ford and Chevy come right after it with it’s competitors, ahead of Toyota and Subaru!
Inventory by Trim
What is helpful, is that Honda has equal amounts of inventory on the majority of the trim levels except for the LX and Sport. Your best odds of getting an LX is to place an order or deposit, however, walking into the dealership for an EX-L or Touring does seem promising.
